**Basic Yoga: This yoga class is the perfect way to begin your yoga practice. Slow and gentle yoga postures create a sense of peacefulness and balance within the body and mind. Remember to take deep breaths throughout class.
^Move Camp: This unique all fitness level class offers a variety of exercises that will give you the ultimate full body experience. It consists of upper and lower body exercises, cardio, functional training, core and plyometrics.
*Body Conditioning: Class consists of functional exercises that will increase your strength, speed and ensdurance. Helps aids to trim fat, increase muscle tone and to perform the activites of daily life more easily.

*Sunset Yoga: This is an all level class and is the perfect way to end the day. Vinyasa yoga flow and classic yoga class incorporates postures, breathing, and meditation that come together to harmonize body, mind and spirit.
**Hip Hop & Groove: Groove yourself into shape with this dance class full of hip hop songs. It is easy to follow and a fun way to improve your cardiovascular health.
**Transform Yoga: This class promotes deep internal healing by utilizing a combination of breath control, asana and concentration. Balance, fold, twist, bind and invert yourself into a happier and healthier more connected Self.
^Island Yoga: This all level class combines yoga poses on the mat, standing, balancing, twisting and ends in savasana (laying down letting your body absorb the many healing benefits of the poses during class).

The Spa Etiquette should hopefully answer most of your questions and concerns prior to your appointment at the Spa.
With both male and female therapists on staff, if you have a preference, please let your choice be known. If you have enjoyed the services of a particular therapist, requests are a priority if the therapist is available. For Non-member guests, credit card information is required to secure the scheduled appointment. It is customary to schedule your appointment in advance to receive your requested date and time.
Arrive on time or early (15 minutes prior to session). If you are late, your treatment will need to be modified and shortened due to the timeframe. If you are late and would like to receive the full treatment upon availability you will be charged for the additional time (for example: an additional half hour). After your treatment, it is customary to vacate the room within five minutes. You are free to spend time relaxing and to unwind in the locker room.
If it is your first time, let the Hospitality Desk Associate know so they may provide you with more information. It is customary to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to become acquainted with your surroundings. This will allow for sufficient time for you to check in, get situated in the locker room, and change into your robe.
If you must cancel an appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Island Club and Spa has a twenty-four hour cancellation policy, where a 100% charge will be automatically applied. If you forget and do not cancel, there is a no show charge of 100% of your service.
Privacy and Modesty
All of our spa services are performed in private treatment rooms. Robes are provided upon check in to use as you enter into the Spa for your service. You will not be required to be exposed for any of our services. Disposable undergarments are available for body treatments and waxing services.
Casual attire-something you can easily slip off and put away in the day locker. The facility includes a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room; this may be enjoyed in a bathing suit or au natural. Robes are provided upon check-in for your appointment and towels are available in the locker room.
Valuables and Jewlery
Although we provide lockers with keys, please be advised to leave valuables and jewelry at home. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables. All jewelry should be removed for most spa services. The club provides mini-security lockers to place small valuables in as an added precaution.
Because the spa environment is supposed to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, it’s best to leave cell phones and pagers at home or turn them off before entering the locker room and leave in the locker. The locker rooms have a no cell phone usage policy.
Communicating your Preferences
All aspects of the treatment can usually be modified to your taste; absence of music, room temperature, and or silence. If you want the therapist to go deeper or gentler, let him or her know. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. Let the therapist know of any medical condition before the session begins and it is always advisable to mention your medical condition when you book your appointment. You may be informed not to schedule an appointment until doctor’s approval has been given.
Towels and robes are provided and can keep you continually covered prior to your session. Therapists are well trained in the “Art of Draping” which means they leave the room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep certain areas covered at all times. No one is allowed to be undraped at any time during the massage. When the session is over, the therapist leaves the room before you get off the table and place robe on. If you feel more comfortable, you may leave undergarments on or a bathing suit. Most people prefer to be au natural under their robes.
All clients of the Spa receive full use of the Island Club and Spa’a locker room amenities. This includes day lockers, showers, towels, steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Showers are available for post treatment bathing.
The Spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express if you wish to pay with a credit card. We accept cash, personal checks with proper Identification, and Spa gift cards. Gift Cards are also available for purchase.
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. Generally, 15% to 20% of the cost of the service is appropriate. For your convenience gratuities may be added to your invoice at point of sale. Please inform the Hospitality Desk Associate.
